CliffJojo Enterprise is a food and farming business based in Ghana. We provide:
- Fresh farm produce including vegetables and fruits
- Quality fish farming products including fresh catfish
- Farm fresh eggs from our poultry
- Ready-to-eat meals and food products
- Related agricultural and food services
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Process
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Payment
Payment is required before delivery or pickup. We accept cash, mobile money, and other locally accepted payment methods.
4. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery areas and times will be communicated upon order confirmation
- Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within estimated timeframes
- You must be available to receive orders at the scheduled time
- Pickup options are available at our designated locations
5. Product Quality and Freshness
We are committed to providing fresh, quality products. However, given the nature of fresh food products:
- Products should be consumed or properly stored promptly after delivery
- Natural variations in size, color, and appearance are normal
- We recommend proper storage and handling of all products
- Best before dates and storage instructions should be followed
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However:
- If you receive damaged or spoiled products, contact us immediately
- We will investigate quality complaints and provide appropriate remedies
- Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery/pickup
7. Health and Safety
We follow proper food safety and handling procedures. Customers are responsible for:
- Proper storage and handling of products after receipt
- Following cooking and preparation instructions
- Informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Consuming products within recommended timeframes
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of CliffJojo Enterprise and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
